Mouth watering food, freshly brewed beer, warm afternoons, live music and amazing crowd calls for the best Sunday brunch in Bangalore.

After hours of hustling on a lazy Sunday afternoon to look for the best brunch places in Bangalore, Zomato finally landed on this interesting name called Biergarten, the photos are oh-god-so-appealing.
We reached the very famous microbrewery of Whitefield at around 2 in the afternoon and my lethargic mood was uplifted in seconds, the area is of two floors and exactly like the photos posted online, so no surprises there.
The place was overflowing with people and not just youth, families, couples, kids sprawling all over, with a live band and a huge brunch spread I was immediately glad about my choice. The brewery and the live kitchen were on the ground floor just around our table. Since we had heavy breakfast( because my research took too long) we decided to ditch the brunch spread and go for A-la-Carte. The waiters were a little too occupied because of the crowd, but the owner happened to be around that day and was helpful with the order (who by the way was super hot).
I’m not really a beer person so I couldn’t taste their much-known craft beers. Nevertheless, I decided to go with the ever refreshing sex on the beach cocktail which gave me just the right amount of a refreshing buzz and a nitrogen based long island iced tea.
The menu was filled with varieties. For appetizers, we ordered a spiced lemon grass chicken tikka which was spicy morsels of juicy and soft chicken finished in tandoor and served with a mint mayo chutney alongside the schezwan yoghurt, a perfect mix of spices and a tint of sweet after taste because of the cashew marinating.
For the main course, pan fried chicken noodles in chili bean sauce served with salad was the choice. The noodles were fried and were supposed to be dipped in the tangy yet soothing chili bean sauce, soaking all the spices. The mix of fresh veggies and chicken chunks were a healthy yet delicious combination.
We were too full and satisfied to order anything else after a mouthful of both the dishes and refills of our cocktails, but the desserts on the neighboring table looked out of the world.
Overall, the place is a MUST VISIT, would surely skip breakfast and try their Sunday brunch the next time since everything was so fascinating.
Also, this place has new artists dropping in every weekend, so if you’re around Whitefield, a trip to Biergarten is definitely a great idea.
